1.3 Our business operates from the province of Manitoba, Canada.

Terms, and these Terms shall remain in effect as long as you use the Service or
any Content (defined below).
1.5 If you agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization or legal
entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these
Terms on behalf of such organization or legal entity and bind them to these
Terms.
1.6 Please read to understand the rules and restrictions governing your
use of our website, products, services, and applications.

in their respective sections of this website.

Commencement of Translation Work
1.10. We begin working on your translation immediately after receiving
payment and scanned copies of documents from you. If we require clearer scans
of documents or other copies of documents, we will inform you via email. In
such a case, the commencement of work will be considered from the moment we
receive the necessary clear copies of documents from you.
2. Personal Account
2.1 By registering on the website, you gain access to a personal account
through which you can access your purchases. When placing an order, you will
see a message explaining that you need to do next. If you can not upload scans of your document that needs to be translated - please message us and send them to us via email.
2.2 Registration is done by filling in the mandatory fields during user
registration.
You are responsible for choosing a secure password and maintaining its
confidentiality.
2.3 If you have registered on the site but changed your mind about
making a purchase, you can leave the site without any obligations or
conditions.
2.4 Your translation will be sent to you depending on the order's terms:
- either by uploading a PDF or Word file or PDF file with the translation to your
personal account in the "Order History" section. You can access it by downloading that file to
your computer or mobile device;
- or by sending to your email;
- or sent by postal mail to any address specified by you in the world.
Please carefully read the order description before making a purchase for more detailed information.
The description says how the translation can be delivered to you.
If you would like to receive a translation by postal mail, please let us know and indicate your address where we should send your translation. After that, we will calculate the postage costs for delivery and send you an invoice to pay the postage. Payment can be made either using a bank card through the STRIPE or PayPal system.
After receiving payment from you, we will send you your translations.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 The procedure for placing an order is as follows:
a) Select the translation you would like and upload a scan of your document that needs to be translated (preferably in PDF or Jpg format).
b) Register on the website;
c) After that, click the Next button and proceed to payment. Pay for the order (you can choose or Stripe or PayPal, which also accept cards for payment). After this, within 1 day we will check the quality of your document and inform you by email whether we have started working on the translation or we will ask you to upload a better quality document.
3.2 Please ensure that your internet speed is sufficient for uploading scanned documents.
4. Prices
4.1 Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all taxes.
While we are not a registered VAT payer, we can provide you with an invoice and
payment confirmation for tax purposes upon your request.
5. Website Services
5.1 Abc-translationservices.ca makes every effort day and night to
ensure that the website services are always functioning at their best and takes
technical measures to ensure that the website remains online at all times.
We aim to handle complaints in a fair,
attentive, and reasonable manner and resolves them through email support as
quickly as possible.
If you encounter issues with our services, please contact us via email
for urgent assistance, as the problem might be related to technical parameters
of your computer, mobile device, or browser, possibly due to lack of timely
updates.
5.2 You can leave feedback about our service, and it will be published,
except for texts containing offensive or unlawful content.
5.3 If you have any doubts about the translation's quality before making
a purchase, you can write to us and ask any questions you may have. We will
strive to respond as quickly as possible.
6. Limitations
6.1 Third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.) may be part of the
website's activities. In such cases, additional terms of these third parties
apply to using their services.
6.2 You must be 16 years or older to use this website.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 If you couldn't download the PDF or Word file with the translation
from your personal account or downloaded it but cannot open the file, please
contact us, and we will send you a direct download link to your email to download your translation.
7.2 There are restrictions on refunding the file with completed work. For detailed information please read our Refund Policy section of this website.

8.1 At ABC-Translation Services, your privacy is of the utmost
importance to us, and we strive to protect the personal information provided to
us during and after its transmission.
