ABC-Translation Services offers tax-exempt services that are not subject of Manitoba Retail Sales Tax, as these services are not explicitly pointed as taxable in Information Bulletin RST 030 (Revised: May 2023).

Based in Manitoba, Canada our business is not registered with the RST, as our sales of taxable goods do not exceed the minimum threshold.

ABC-Translation Services is not registered for GST/HST for the following reasons:

- Our business operates under a specific organizational structure.

- Our services do not qualify as taxable supplies in Canada.

- We maintain the status of a "Small Supplier" as our revenue (along with the revenue of all persons associated with us) from worldwide taxable supplies was equal to or less than set limit in a single calendar quarter and over the last four consecutive calendar quarters. 

Consequently, we do not impose GST/HST on service deliveries.
